At Ouroboros AI, we strive to make cancellation and refunds simple and fair. This policy outlines how and when you can cancel your subscription and request a refund.


1. Free Trial Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period via your account dashboard.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.


2. Ongoing Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Monthly plans: No further charges will occur after cancellation. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Annual plans: Same policy applies—no new charges, and access continues through the remainder of the prepaid term.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds if you meet both of the following conditions:

  1. You have not used the service (as measured by login or activity logs), and
  2. You request the refund within three months of the charge date.

If eligible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of the platform or violation of our Terms of Service
  • Attempts to obtain repeated refunds for extended usage
